Rocco Forte Hotels and Moulinsart are delighted to announce the creation of two Tintin-themed suites at the Hotel Amigo in Brussels...

 

A film score (also sometimes called background music or incidental music) is original music written specifically to accompany a film, forming part of the film's soundtrack, which also usually includes dialogue and sound effects. The score comprises a number of orchestral, instrumental or choral pieces called cues which are timed to begin and end at specific points during the film in order to enhance the dramatic narrative and the emotional impact of the scene in question. As for the film Tintin, John Williams created an original music ; here is the tracklist:

On 25 September, a press conference was held at the Belgian Embassy in Warsaw, to present:

- The latest editions of The Adventures of Tintin published in Poland by Egmont Polska.

- The Ubisoft Tintin computer game derived from the upcoming Spielberg Tintin film.

Representatives from Casterman and Moulinsart were also available to answer questions.

Twelve Tintin titles were already published by Egmont Polska in 2009 (see pictures 2009).

 
Gameloft develops The Adventures of Tintin Game for Mobile Phones, Smartphones and Tablets (iPhone, iPad et Android) and just released the teaser trailer of the game that will be launched simultaneously with the film in October 2011.

When Tintin sets foot on the island that could be the location of Red Rackham's treasure, he is struck dumb in amazement. He discovers parrots that are still squawking Sir Francis Haddock's insults, many generations after the illustrious Sir Francis left the island. Are we nothing more than parrots ourselves? Where do all the languages we speak today come from? Is there a unique and original language? 

 
After exciting adventures in Russia, the Congo, the USA, the Middle East and Asia, Tintin and Snowy look forward to some quiet time back home at 26 Labrador Road, Brussels. But barely have the brave duo finished their morning exercises when the radio announces the mysterious theft of a tribal statue from the Museum of Ethnography. Tintin doesn't need any further encouragement; off we go on a new adventure!

Tea Time with Tintin and Delacre
Again, Tintin and Delacre produces 5 new boxes o...f cookies. Three Tea time boxes and 2 "shoe boxes".
The Tea Time tin, a classic box of treats from Delacre, continues to seduce thanks to the delicious variety of biscuits that it contains. Furthermore, the assortments are regularly produced in limited editions, which pay tribute to Belgian comic strips. For many years, characters like Tintin have been honoured by Delacre.
Each of the tins Tea Time is decorated with a drawing from the Tintin book The Secret of the Unicorn. The two other boxes is decorated with Tintin and Snowy.
Will be on sales in France and Belgium as a rule.
